Artist Statement

When it comes to my artistic process, I've always approached my work from the perspective of a storyteller. I believe that everyone has a good story to tell and bringing that story to life is where the artistry comes in. All of my characters initially originate from a song, or an emotion, or a moment that eventually evolves into something more. I begin with a rough sketch to capture a character’s emotion through movement, action and facial expression.

After College, I will be perusing a career in the Gaming and Animation industry as a character concept artist and character animator.
