Explore Your Options: Spend some time with your partners exploring the various objects and their animation possibilities. Feel free to use anything in the lab; candy, buttons, foam cut-outs, beans, etc.
Set Up Your Workspace: Choose a background that will compliment your choice of objects. Don't forget to tape it down underneath the glass to protect the background.
Set up Dragonframe: Frame your background/objects under the camera, set your focus and exposure, and take a successful test frame.

Assignment: Bring in a type of Halloween candy to inspire a 10 to 15 second animated Candy Jam.
2. "TRICK or TREAT" (partners)
Animated Halloween Spot: Use the Halloween candy that you and your partners brought in as inspiration to begin brainstorming. How can you use Halloween candy to animate a 10 -15 second animated spot to celebrate the season.
Take time in class to brainstorm with our partner. Together you should come up with a 6 panel scenario (or pitch) that you can post to Basecamp.
Be sure to exchange contact info with your partners. Also, you'll want to set some time aside for adding audio in Premiere.
